♥ Jesus, you were cursed, ridiculed, scorned and rejected SO bad, but you came out on the other side a "winner." As people are cursing me to fail, help me love, honor and pray for them with a pure, undefiled heart.
♥ Jesus, you are the best son ever! Please take me by the hand and teach me how to be a beloved daughter whom my Papa is well pleased with!
♥ Jesus, I SO love you and just wanna hang out with you. Thanks for being there for me always!!!
CAN I BE CLOSE TO JESUS?
This is a question that Christians all over the world keep asking. Since we learned in Romans 8:38 that nothing can separate us from the love of GOD in CHRIST JESUS, can we then assume that JESUS wants us to be in a very close, intimate, fiery relationship with him? Of course He does! He knows you, and He loves you even more then He loved his own life, which He gave up on the cross in a terrible death for you. This is just a small example of how important it is to JESUS that you have a very close relationship with him.
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38)
Anything and everything you might be going through, He's been through:
♦ He knows what it is to be fatherless (parentless).
♦ He knows what it is to be rejected, even by those who should be there for you more than anyone.
♦ He knows what it is to be cursed and ridiculed.
♦ He knows what it is to be forsaken and lonely.
♦ He knows what it is to be friendless.
Friend ... you have a Friend that sticks closer than a brother! He's ALWAYS there for you! He NEVER leaves you or forsakes you! He NEVER fails or falls asleep on us.
Grab a cup of coffee (or a smoothie, etc.) take a seat and talk to Jesus. He's waiting for you!
